Sperton Global AS is a renowned international Recruitment, Payroll, Manpower and Talent Mobility services company headquartered in Norway, with active offices across Europe (Norway, Germany, Sweden), USA, Panama and Asia (Pakistan, India, Malaysia & Vietnam).
We are now looking for a professional and entrepreneurial leader as Country Manager for our Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh City to build, lead and grow Sperton’s business in Vietnam. This is a complete leadership position for someone who wants to run a real business and grow it sustainably.
🔑 The Opportunity
Operate under a self‑compensation model — compensation is drawn directly from the revenue you generate.
Upon achieving mutually agreed KPIs after one year, you will be granted 40% shareholding in Sperton Vietnam.
Minimal expenses: Sperton Vietnam is already duly registered with recruitment licenses, but no onsite office setup is required initially.
Full support from HQ, including Shared Services (dedicated recruiters), recruitment & BD tools, communication/email platforms — enabling you to focus entirely on business development and scaling revenue.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, manpower supply or HR services.
Strong understanding of the Vietnam market and local business environment.
Proven ability to develop clients and grow revenue.
Leadership mindset with hands‑on execution ability.
Entrepreneurial, responsible and growth‑driven.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
