We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with experience recruiting in the United States and a strong track record of successfully hiring for legal roles. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience sourcing and placing professionals across legal functions such as, Attorneys (Associate and Senior), Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Compliance and Risk professionals etc.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment primarily for the United States market, with a strong focus on sourcing and placing legal professionals. As you grow in the role, you may also have the opportunity to support recruitment across additional international markets such as Europe and other global regions.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, social media, and global job boards to identify and engage hard-to-find talent
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and talent strategies
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and market maps for critical skill areas
Follow Sperton’s recruitment processes, routines, and systems to ensure consistency and quality in hiring
Who You Are
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in US market
Proven experience hiring for legal roles within the US
Strong track record of delivering hires across multiple regions and industries
Comfortable working independently in a global, remote environment
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
