Key Responsibilities
HR Function Development & Leadership
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
• Establish HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and performance management frameworks
Talent Management & Organizational Development
• Design and implement KPIs, appraisal systems, and performance review processes
• Identify learning and development needs across teams
• Build succession planning and internal talent development programs
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Foster a professional, performance-driven, and collaborative workplace culture
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
• Develop competitive compensation structures and incentive programs
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and statutory requirements
• Maintain and update HR policies according to legal and industry best practices
Strategic HR Partnership
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Align HR initiatives with operational and commercial goals
• Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions
What We’re Looking For in You:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA / HR specialization preferred
• 4–8 years of HR experience, including leadership exposure
• Proven experience in building or transforming HR functions
• Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and organizational development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive organizational and cultural change effectively
