Recruiter – Partner Acquisition
Employed by Sperton | Delivering Recruitment Services to ERA Group
Location: Pakistan (preferably Lahore or Karachi)
Work model: Remote, full-time
This is not a standard recruitment role.
This is a high-impact, international recruitment role where your work directly supports the growth of ERA Group — while you are employed by Sperton, an international recruitment and consulting company headquartered in Norway.
You will be part of Sperton’s global team, but your daily work and delivery will be dedicated to ERA Group, supporting their partner expansion in Norway and later other markets.
The Opportunity
ERA Group is scaling its partner network and needs a focused, structured, and highly communicative recruiter to own partner acquisition activities.
Sperton is building a dedicated delivery setup for ERA. You will be the first recruiter in this model — with clear responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to grow with the role as it expands internationally.
Your Mission
Your mission is clear: Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with high-quality partner candidates for ERA Group.
This is not fast-paced transactional hiring. Partner decisions take time. Your role is to create momentum, trust, and structure through consistent communication and professional follow-up.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Proactively sourcing and identifying potential ERA partner candidates
Conducting high-quality outreach and professional conversations
Building and managing a structured, long-term candidate pipeline
Running nurture and follow-up campaigns over extended periods
Acting as a professional recruitment representative towards ERA candidates
Working closely with ERA’s Country Manager in Norway
Maintaining full ownership of follow-ups, next steps, and candidate momentum
Documenting all activity clearly in CRM / recruitment systems
This role requires discipline, structure, and accountability.
What We Expect From You
Excellent English skills (spoken and written) – mandatory
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales, or consultative roles
High motivation, engagement, and personal ownership
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Flexible mindset and willingness to adapt over long decisions cycles.
Comfortable engaging with senior-level professionals
