Customer Service - Onboarding
Fresh grad friendly role! Customer Service Executive. RM2.5k–RM3k + KPI, paid training, Ara Damansara (LRT access). Limited slots!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers using prepared scripts and clear guidelines
Provide accurate information on products and services
Work closely with team members to achieve service KPIs
Working Hours
Rotational shifts
5 working days per week
2 days off (rotational basis)

Requirements
Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
Willing to work rotational shifts
