Job Description:
Seeking an Enterprise Integration Business Partner. You will act as a strategic liaison between IT, business units, and Corporate IT teams to ensure successful implementation, support, integration, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with connected systems including MES, PLM, and financial planning tools.
You will focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives to streamline operations, enhance production efficiency, and support end-to-end business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic IT–Business Partner, acting as the primary liaison between business units, Corporate IT, and technical teams to deliver integrated ERP solutions.
Lead, manage, and develop the Commercial Aircraft ERP Business Process Champion Team; co-manage the ERP Data Lead team.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with CAG division and business unit leadership to support strategic financial priorities and operational goals.
Define, own, and govern future-state enterprise business processes, driving global standardization across CAG operations.
Act as the primary decision-maker for CAG process-related topics throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
Ensure full alignment with CAG standards and the ERP Activate methodology (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run).
Drive process compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards in a highly regulated environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements across ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning systems.
Lead CAG ERP initiatives while partnering with Corporate IT ERP program teams to ensure consistent delivery and enterprise alignment.
Translate business, manufacturing, and financial processes into system configuration and integration requirements.
Support ERP implementation, system testing, integration, and deployment with MES, PLM, and production financial planning tools.
Optimize end-to-end business processes to improve operational efficiency, production performance, and financial visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
7+ years of experience in IT, ERP implementations, or enterprise systems integration within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or defense environments.
Proven experience acting as a business partner or liaison between IT and cross-functional business teams.
Strong expertise with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Hands-on experience integrating ERP systems with MES, PLM, and financial planning tools.
Solid understanding of manufacturing, production, and financial business processes within complex enterprise environments.
Certifications & Technical Expertise:
ERP platform certification(s) (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Demonstrated experience with MES, PLM, and financial planning system interfaces and integrations.
