We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager with strong expertise in Supply Chain, ERP, and Logistics to support a large-scale warehouse and IT transformation program in the Netherlands.
This is an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, offered at competitive market rates.
Role Overview
The Program Manager will lead a critical IT track focused on building and enabling a new warehouse facility. The role involves delivering IT solutions that support efficient, scalable, and automated supply chain operations.
Key areas include:
Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation
SAP ERP integration for multi-DC operations
Supply chain process optimization
Warehouse automation and logistics systems
The role reports directly to the IT Director – Supply Chain & Quality and is part of a long-term (3-year) transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the IT program structure, scope, and governance
Translate the multi-year roadmap into clear delivery plans and milestones
Build and onboard high-performing IT and analyst teams
Drive governance, risk management, and delivery quality
Ensure alignment between IT solutions and supply chain strategy
Qualification
5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager
Strong background in Supply Chain and Logistics
Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and system integrations
Hands-on experience with WMS / TMS / OMS implementations
Experience managing multi-site or multi-warehouse environments
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams
Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused approach
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Functional knowledge of SAP MM, WM, SD
Experience working with cross-functional business teams
