Electrical Safety Specialist,HSE

We are hiring an Electrical Safety Specialist for one of our clients in Ludvika. In this role, you will strengthen electrical safety performance by updating internal instructions, coordinating the electrical safety network, providing technical advice, integrating safety into policies/training, and contributing to continuous improvement and incident lessons learned. You will work closely with the Country HSE team to ensure compliance with legislation (e.g., SS EN 50110-1, SS EN 50191) and standards across industrial and construction activities. This position requires strong technical expertise in electrical safety, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Location: Ludvika,Sweden,the role requires being onsite 3 days per week with flexibility to work in a hybrid set up.
Scope: Full-time (100%)
Assignment Period:March 2026 – March 2027,with the possibility of extension

What You’ll Do
Update internal electrical safety instructions and ensure compliance with legislation/standards
Prepare materials and coordinate meetings, workshops, and activities for the internal electrical safety network
Answer electrical safety-related questions and support improvement needs
Integrate electrical safety into policies, processes, and training programs
Develop the electrical safety network structure, collaboration, and competencies
Contribute to trainings, awareness initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
Participate in lessons learned processes following incidents
Evaluate risks, review documentation, and provide clear technical advice
Who You Are
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background
Several years of experience in electrical safety within industrial, construction, or installation work
Strong knowledge of electrical safety legislation, standards, and safe work practices
Ability to evaluate risks, review documentation, and provide clear technical advice
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, structured, and proactive approach
Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
