Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to support the continued evolution of a modern digital platform used to deliver customer-focused services. The role involves building new features, enhancing existing functionality, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, architects, and DevOps specialists, contributing to end-to-end development from design implementation to deployment and ongoing optimization in a fast-paced agile setting.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Build and optimize backend services using Node.js, C#, or Java.
Develop and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
Implement responsive, mobile-first UI solutions aligned with design systems.
Collaborate with UX and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to cloud-native development and deployment in AWS and Azure environments.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient releases.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support production stability.
Apply secure coding practices and support DevSecOps initiatives.
Requirements
Must Have
Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
Solid backend development experience in at least one of the following: Node.js (TypeScript), C#, or Java.
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in agile teams.
Fluency in Norwegian and English.
Good to Have
Experience working within DevSecOps or secure development environments.
Familiarity with Storybook and design system implementation.
Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma.
Experience with Node.js ecosystem beyond core backend development.
