Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to support the continued evolution of a modern digital platform used to deliver customer-focused services. The role involves building new features, enhancing existing functionality, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, architects, and DevOps specialists, contributing to end-to-end development from design implementation to deployment and ongoing optimization in a fast-paced agile setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Build and optimize backend services using Node.js, C#, or Java.

  • Develop and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.

  • Implement responsive, mobile-first UI solutions aligned with design systems.

  • Collaborate with UX and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Contribute to cloud-native development and deployment in AWS and Azure environments.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient releases.

  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support production stability.

  • Apply secure coding practices and support DevSecOps initiatives.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.

  • Solid backend development experience in at least one of the following: Node.js (TypeScript), C#, or Java.

  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.

  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in agile teams.

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Good to Have

  • Experience working within DevSecOps or secure development environments.

  • Familiarity with Storybook and design system implementation.

  • Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma.

  • Experience with Node.js ecosystem beyond core backend development.
