2 Shift Rotation (7AM–7PM / 7PM–7AM)
Monday – Saturday
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure smooth production performance.
Supervise production processes (steeping, germinating, kiln drying & roasting)
Maintain product quality & implement production recipes
Work closely with QA, warehouse, packaging & logistics teams
Ensure GMP, HACCP compliance & housekeeping standards
Monitor raw materials, output & utility usage
Train and guide production staff
Requirements
2–3 years production supervisory experience
Secondary / High school or equivalent
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of manufacturing quality & safety compliance
