What You'll Do
Lead governance, planning, and execution of SAP S/4HANA data migration activities including milestone tracking, risk management, reporting, and delivery assurance
Oversee migration and integration of data across SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, PM, and HR while ensuring data quality and operational continuity
Analyze current data structures and business processes to identify standardization, automation, and process improvement opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between SAP teams, business stakeholders, and support functions across global delivery environments
Manage dependencies including data mapping, data cleansing, cutover planning, change management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication
Deliver training, governance documentation, migration plans, risk registers, and support throughout the SAP program lifecycle
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, digital PMO tools, and project analytics
Who You Are
Must Have
At least 8–10 years of hands-on experience in PMO, project management, or delivery assurance roles focused on SAP implementations and data migration
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
Strong expertise in SAP data migration governance, project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting
Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP data migration projects from blueprinting through post-go-live support
Strong understanding of SAP modules and enterprise business functions including finance, procurement, operations, and IT
Strong analytical, stakeholder communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in global, cross-functional delivery environments
Good to Have
Experience within Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O) and/or Manufacturing industries
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, Jira, MS Project, SAP Project System, or digital PMO tools
Familiarity with advanced reporting tools and project analytics
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP, or related project management/data migration certifications
Master’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
