Sales Head
Job Title: Sales Head (Male/Female)
Experience: 4–5 Years (Aesthetic / Cosmetic Clinic Industry Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Drive overall sales and revenue growth of the clinic and institute
Handle patient counselling and conversion for aesthetic treatments
Develop and implement sales strategies, offers, and promotional campaigns
Manage walk-in inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups effectively
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with doctors and therapists to align treatment plans with client needs
Monitor daily/monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
Lead and guide front office / sales team for better performance
Maintain MIS reports, sales tracking, and performance analysis
Candidate Requirements
Male/Female candidate (North-East / Goan preferred)
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Aesthetic / Cosmetic / Wellness Industry Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach
Good administrative and team handling capabilities
Graduate / Diploma holder preferred
Candidate residing nearby or having own two-wheeler preferred
Desired Skills
Excellent sales closing and upselling skills
Client counselling and relationship management
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end clinic environment
