Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Admin Logistics professional to join our team in Sunway. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication with both internal teams and external clients. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination: Plan and schedule deliveries, liaise with transport providers, and monitor warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders with accuracy and compliance.
Inventory Tracking: Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems to maintain accurate records.
Administration Support: Assist with daily office tasks including data entry, filing, and general administrative duties to support smooth operations.
Client Communication: Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status, resolve queries, and maintain positive client relationships.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics workflows and support management in implementing efficiency measures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or administrative support roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Languages: Must be proficient in Mandarin, English & Malay (spoken and written).
