Job Description
Designation: Jr. Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
● Design social media creatives, ads, reel covers, and campaign visuals.
● Create brochures, flyers, standees, and print-ready designs.
● Design presentations and pitch decks.
● Work on motion graphics and animations using After Effects.
● Design website and mobile app UI/UX interfaces.
● Maintain and evolve brand identity across digital and print platforms.
● Use AI tools to enhance design workflows and ideation.
Required Skills & Tools:
● Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
● After Effects (Motion graphics & animations)
● Figma / Adobe XD (UI/UX design)
● Canva (Advanced workflows)
● PowerPoint / Google Slides
● Familiarity with AI tools like Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT
Key Requirements:
● Strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory)
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
● Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
● Creative thinking with fast execution ability
● Portfolio showcasing digital, print, motion, and UI/UX work
