Role: Team Member Maintenance
Location: Sinnar, Nashik
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in machine maintenance, breakdown handling, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance of gear hobbing, press, welding machines, and utilities
Breakdown troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Strong hands-on work in hydraulics and pneumatics
Drive Poka-Yoke, automation, and cost-saving initiatives
Monitor MTTR / MTBF and machine downtime
Maintain records and spare planning in SAP
Support continuous improvement and machine reliability
Preferred Candidate
4–6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing setup
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience in SAP and continuous improvement
Candidates from Nashik location preferred
