Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for one of our clients to lead the deployment of POS & SFS Master Data across 5 ASEAN markets. You will drive As-Is assessment, data migration, testing, training, and change management activities while acting as the key relay between the Global Product Owner and local PMOs. Strong coordination skills, solid data understanding, and the ability to manage multi-market & multi-division projects are essential.
What You'll Do
Lead POS & SFS Master Data deployment across 5 ASEAN markets
Ensure delivery of As-Is assessment, data migration, testing, training, and change activities
Act as relay between Global Product Owner and Local PMOs – consolidate progress and escalate issues
Ensure integration of Master Data across applications and reporting ecosystem
Support markets in understanding Master Data (POS & SFS) and its business usage
Who You Are
Must-Have Requirements
12–15 years of experience in project management and transformation initiatives
Strong background in Master Data management and data ecosystem understanding
Excellent stakeholder coordination and governance skills
Ability to conduct multi-market and multi-division projects
Proven ability to quickly upskill on Master Data topics
Bilingual (English + local language)
Malaysian Citizen or PR only
Nice to Have
PMP or MDM certification
Experience in retail, consumer goods, or similar industries
