Assignment Description
Are you an experienced coordinator looking to contribute to efficient handling of supplier agreements and external workforce in energy projects? This role offers the opportunity to work with administrative and coordination tasks related to technical service agreements (ATS).
You will be part of a professional environment in Stavanger, supporting coordination of suppliers and external personnel, ensuring compliance with requirements and smooth execution of project-related activities.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate suppliers delivering services under ATS agreements
Initiate and follow up call-offs in line with project requirements
Ensure that external personnel meet required qualifications, certifications, and training
Register and maintain personnel information in relevant systems
Coordinate logistics related to personnel, including travel and offshore planning where applicable
Follow up documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and requirements
Act as a point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support administrative processes, reporting, and data follow-up
Ensure correct handling of supplier-related documentation
Participate in coordination activities and provide status updates
Requirements
Relevant experience within coordination, administration, or similar roles
Experience working with suppliers and/or contract-based services
Understanding of administrative processes and documentation handling
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Fluent in Norwegian and English
