Role: Team Member Costing
Reporting to: Lead- MIS & Costing
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Education Qualification: B.com/ M Com, CWA/ CWA (inter)
Technical & Professional Knowledge required: Preferable with previous experience of 6-10 years working in MIS & Costing & good understanding of Accounts & Finance activities.
Experience required
Has working knowledge on Advanced Excel and should be good at visualising data and analysis
Very good communication skills
Prior experience of working in MIS & Costing function will be added advantage
Expert Knowledge of SAP FICO , SD & MM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a)Responsible for preparation of Inventrory Valuation & Provisioning at every month end
b)Supprting Business by way of providing pricing approvals for Domestic Sales , Export Sales & Industrial Sales including Railway orders
c)Assisting in preparation of Budgets, Various MIS working board etc.
d)Product Costing working and interaction with sales department.
e)Partnering effectively with business in supporting them drive key metrics affecting business performance
f)Scrap notes approvals
g)Daily Sales orders margin workings and approvals
h)SAP master data Routing/Std Price
i)Scrap rates master data maintenance
j)Physical Inventory counts - visits to plant/ uploading in SAP/ Approvals for variances
k)Sales orders Pricing controls /approvals in SAP
l)Quarterly Statutory Audit requirements
m)Inventory data preparation for submission to Bank/Insurance
n)COGI monitoring & follow -up with plant to control the same .
