Job Vacancy: Courier Rider/Driver (GDL Holder)
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Salary: RM2,500 - RM2,600 + Quarterly Incentives
About the Role We are looking for a disciplined and reliable Courier Professional to manage our delivery routes. Unlike "gig" work, we offer a stable basic salary and a comprehensive medical package to ensure our team is well taken care of.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Excellence: Ensure 100% completion of daily pickup/delivery schedules.
Asset Care: Maintain company vehicle and equipment in peak condition.
Customer Support: Act as the face of the company; professional and polite at all times.
Lead Generation: Identify 5+ potential sales leads monthly to help us grow.
Compensation & Rewards
Fixed Income: RM2,500 Basic + RM100 Full Attendance.
Medical Coverage: RM20,000 annual hospitalisation; RM1,000 annual outpatient limit.
KPI Incentive: Up to RM400 per quarter based on performance (zero complaints, zero damages, perfect attendance).
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory: Valid GDL (Goods Driving License).
Valid D and/or B2 License.
Proven track record of punctuality and discipline.
Ability to work independently and follow SOPs strictly.
