About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the building industry and energy sector. In this role, you will lead and manage complex technical infrastructure projects from planning through execution and completion. You will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving projects forward in a structured and efficient manner. This role requires a highly independent and solution-oriented professional who is comfortable managing long-term and technically demanding projects in an on-site environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage projects within building and energy infrastructure
Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and risk analyses
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up
Coordinate project teams, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and ensure delivery according to timeline and budget
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines
Procure and manage contractors and supplier relationships
Identify and resolve project risks and operational challenges
Drive process improvements and contribute to long-term technical planning
Support the organization in strategic and operational technical matters
Who You Are
Minimum 10 years of project management experience within the building industry and/or energy sector
Strong experience leading complex infrastructure or technical projects
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project reporting
Strong understanding of construction processes, contractor management, and supplier coordination
Experience working with safety regulations, compliance, and industry standards
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with limited supervision
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
Ability to work 100% on-site in Ludvika
