Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics leader to provide leadership to an existing team of five and support a number of strategic initiatives. The role will focus on helping the organization evaluate its future data capabilities, operating model, and long-term needs.
This is primarily a strategic leadership assignment, with an existing team already responsible for operational activities.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the existing Data & Analytics team
Execute strategic data and analytics initiatives
Assess future data capability needs for the organization
Evaluate options and provide recommendations on long-term data direction
Support the organization in defining the right future data team profile and structure
Requirements
Strong technical foundation in data and analytics
Practical experience working with complex data environments
Experience leading teams with diverse competencies
Ability to assess options and make strategic recommendations
Ability to quickly contribute in a distributed organization
Fluent Norwegian and English communication skills
