Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the Wax Coating Machine to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Prepare, heat, and maintain wax at the required temperature and viscosity levels.
Adjust machine settings to achieve required coating thickness and quality standards.
Perform routine quality inspections and ensure coating uniformity.
Identify and resolve minor machine issues during operation.
Maintain accurate production records and report abnormalities to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet production targets.
What We’re Looking For in You:
Minimum Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience operating Wax Coating Machines in packaging, paper, board, or related manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of wax coating processes, machine settings, and quality standards.
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and process-related issues.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
