Network Technician – 3rd Level Network Operations (Pan-Nordic)

About the Role
Are you excited by the newest developments in network technology? This is your opportunity to join a Pan-Nordic team responsible for 3rd level operations, supporting the next generation of B2B and B2G network solutions across the Nordics. You will be part of a growing business offering exposure to innovative technologies and a steep learning curve. You will focus on troubleshooting and maintaining critical network systems while working on advanced SD-WAN, firewall, and WiFi platforms, handling 3rd-level operations and ensuring the ongoing performance of one of Europe's largest and most complex ISP networks.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Network Operations and Engineering teams to manage and resolve incidents and escalations.
Maintain Layer 2/3 network systems and oversee SD-WAN services (Underlay, Overlay, Add-On).
Continuously monitor network performance, resolve advanced issues, and handle system configuration changes.
Maintain consistent operations to provide continuous service to clients.
Keep documentation up-to-date and train local Customer Service departments.

To Succeed in This Role
Deep expertise in Fortinet technologies: FortiGate, FortiNAC, FortiEMS, FortiClient, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiExtender, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP.
Solid experience with TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, and SD-WAN services (Underlay, Overlay, Add-On).
Experience with platforms such as Versa Networks and HPE Aruba.
Familiarity with ITIL and tools including ServiceNow, JIRA, and MS Teams.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate across a Pan-Nordic team and with customers.
Ability to obtain a security clearance in the country of application.
