About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced "Installation Planner" for one of our client's to join their team on full-time contract basis.
An Installation Planner is a critical supply chain and logistics specialist responsible for the end-to-end coordination, scheduling, and execution of equipment or system deployments. Acting as the central bridge between engineering, procurement, and field operations, they ensure that all required materials, tools, and technical personnel arrive on-site exactly when needed.
What You'll Do?
Establish a project installation schedule in close cooperation with method and installation teams.
Ensure project progress is achieved in accordance with project targets together with key stakeholders.
Actively follow up installation plans offshore and onshore.
Contribute to the setup, development, and updating of the project planning basis and ensure consistency between contractors’ plans and the overall project plan.
Proactively monitor progress development.
Maintain communication and interfaces between stakeholders, senior managers, and contractors.
Contribute to planning and trend analysis, including float and critical path development.
Actively develop proposals for schedule recovery and maintenance of key milestones.
To Succeed in This Role:
Preferably a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics, or a related field.
Preferably offshore experience or other relevant practical experience.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
Good cooperation skills and a positive mindset.

Safran Project
Evaluation Criteria:
Relevant planning and scheduling experience (minimum 5 years preferred)
Offshore experience or other relevant practical installation experience
Proficiency in Safran Project scheduling software
Strong communication and collaboration skills in Norwegian and English
