Role Overview
We are looking for a PLM Project Manager for one of our clients in Landskrona. In this role, you will manage mid-size PLM business implementation projects within a larger PLM transformation programme, focusing on cooling systems execution projects. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and capability solution development teams, driving adoption and managing risks, issues, and dependencies for successful project delivery. You will also assist in following up part deliveries such as water piping deliveries within cooling systems.
What You'll Do
Manage mid-size PLM business implementation projects within a larger PLM transformation programme
Drive project planning, execution, and business implementation of PLM capabilities across functions
Coordinate agile application development and business implementation activities
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and capability solution development teams
Work with Capability Responsible, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to deliver and implement solutions including integrations with ERP and CAD systems
Follow up part deliveries such as water piping deliveries within cooling systems projects
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies for successful project delivery
Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Who You Are
Must-Have Requirements:
6–10 years of professional experience with 4+ years in project management and PLM business implementation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
Solid exposure to one or more PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras, or similar)
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience on agile-based implementation projects
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
Nice to Have:
Swedish language proficiency (spoken and written)
