Initial Duration: Until 31 December 2026
Extension: Possible until 30 June 2027
Workload: Full-time (Approx. 675 hours, with extension option)

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical workstream and coordinate project activities.
Drive collaboration across technical teams and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress while managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards.
Prepare analyses supporting procurement and strategic decision-making.
Support the development of procurement and tender documentation.
Conduct and quality-assure risk analyses, scenario analyses, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments.
Structure and visualize complex information to support executive decision-making.
Produce reports, decision support material, and project documentation.
Translate technical requirements into clear business needs.
Support commercial discussions and negotiations where required.
What We're Looking For in You
Proven experience as a Process Manager or Sub-project Manager.
Experience working with strategic procurement, digital transformation, or complex business-critical initiatives.
Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and user groups.
Strong background in risk management, project governance, and delivery management.
Experience performing:
Risk Analysis
Scenario Analysis
TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Analysis
Cost Calculations
Data Collection and Insight Analysis
Experience preparing procurement or tender documentation.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
Experience with large transformation, digitalization, or organizational change initiatives is an advantage.
Knowledge of process analysis, value chain analysis, benefits realization, or statistical analysis is considered beneficial.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, structured, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
