Position: Sales Manager
Experience: 4-7 Years
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biology will be preferred. MBA will be an added advantage.
Sales experience in the healthcare, medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or genetic testing industry.
Knowledge of genetics and molecular diagnostics will be an added advantage
Location: Pan India (Mumbai/ Pune/Nagpur/ Bangalore/ Kolkata/ Gurgaon)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Establish partnerships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals and other healthcare professionals to promote genetic testing services.
Promote the company's diagnostic services through regular field visits and product presentations.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct promotional and branding activities within the assigned territory.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and business updates.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Stable employment history with consistent performance.
Local candidates will be preferred.
