Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asst. Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities at our oil refinery plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and safe operation of refinery equipment, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, and leading a team to achieve operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance activities for refinery equipment including pumps, motors, boilers, compressors, and pipelines.
Oversee mechanical, electrical, welding, and fabrication works as part of maintenance operations.
Ensure timely commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of refinery equipment to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Lead and mentor the maintenance team to improve technical skills and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards at all times.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare regular reports for management.
Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to support plant performance and reliability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of proven experience in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance.
Age between 35 – 45 years.
Strong knowledge of refinery maintenance practices including welding, fabrication, mechanical and electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, boilers, and commissioning.
Medically fit and able to work in refinery plant environments.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
