Key Responsibilities
Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records.
Monitor material movement across all production stages, from raw fabric to finished garments.
Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure material availability based on Bill of Materials (BOM).
Organize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
Supervise warehouse/store staff and oversee daily operations.
Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions, including GRNs, delivery challans, and issue slips.
Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely deliveries and dispatches.
Ensure quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards within the warehouse.
Prepare regular inventory, stock aging, and replenishment reports for management.
What We're Looking For in You:
3–6 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.
Previous experience within the textile, garment, fashion manufacturing, or retail industry is essential.
Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
Experience tracking material movement throughout manufacturing processes.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
Ability to work on the warehouse floor and manage day-to-day operational activities.
