Shape the 2027 Ringhorne project in Rogaland as Senior Planner — drive schedules, critical paths and progress, and align stakeholders and contractors to key milestones.

Assignment Description
Establish a project schedule according to the business case strategies, both for early phase and execution. In close cooperation with key stakeholders, ensure that progress is achieved in accordance with project targets.
Actively follow-up of project plans, milestones, and critical paths, including specific project plans. Contribute to the project planning basis set-up, development, and updates and ensure consistency between contractors’ plans and overall project plan.
Proactive follow-up of progress development. Maintain communication and interfaces between other stakeholders, senior managers and contractors.
Contribute with planning and trend analysis, including float/critical path development. Actively develop proposals for schedule recovery and maintenance of key milestones.
Job Responsibilities

Requirements
• Master or Bachelor of Science/Economics
• Preferably minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Safran and M&M background
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Good cooperation skills and a positive mindset
