Assignment Description
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in large-scale technology programmes?
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our client to lead a strategic programme establishing a sovereign cloud capability. The programme covers cloud infrastructure, data centres, cloud operations, governance, security, compliance and go-to-market readiness.
You will drive delivery from planning through launch, coordinating internal teams, external partners and executive stakeholders while supporting commercial negotiations and managing cross-functional dependencies.
Job Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end programme delivery across multiple workstreams.
Align teams across technology, operations, security, legal, procurement, finance, sales and product.
Own governance, plans, reporting, risks, budget, milestones, dependencies and decisions.
Support commercial and technical negotiations with strategic partners.
Connect business goals, commercial agreements and solution design throughout delivery.
Coordinate readiness across cloud regions, data centres, platforms, operations, security, compliance and go-to-market.
Lead workshops, steering committees and executive sessions.
Coordinate delivery between internal teams and external suppliers.
Requirements
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of project/programme management experience in large-scale technology initiatives.
Experience delivering complex programmes across cloud, infrastructure, telecommunications or data centres.
Proven experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
Experience working with multiple vendors and strategic technology partners.
Ability to manage technical, commercial and organizational workstreams simultaneously.
Experience with procurement, contract negotiations or partner engagements.
Proficiency in English and Norwegian, written and spoken.
Good to Have
Experience with public cloud, cloud regions, data centres or large-scale infrastructure platforms.
Understanding of cloud operations, service management and operational readiness.
Knowledge of security, compliance, regulatory and sovereign cloud requirements.
PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or equivalent certification.
