Senior Finance Business Partner (Production Controller)

About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients and are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (Production Controller) to support financial planning, production controlling, and business performance in a manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will act as the Finance Business Partner for the Production Management Team, driving cost optimization, financial transparency, and business performance through analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial governance.
This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in factory production controlling who enjoys working closely with operational teams to improve productivity and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning for production and capital expenditure, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly follow-up
Drive production cost controlling and recommend business actions from a financial perspective
Identify and implement initiatives to improve productivity and cost efficiency
Provide financial analysis and business insights to support decision-making
Ensure high-quality financial reporting, governance, and compliance with financial closing schedules
Support inventory reconciliation and annual inventory audits
Identify and mitigate under-absorption risks within production
Prepare and present monthly financial reports to stakeholders
Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation
Define and implement financial and operational internal controls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in business controlling, factory controlling, or similar production finance roles
Strong analytical and accounting skills
Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment
Good knowledge of SAP
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Self-driven, analytical, and business-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
