Business Developer
Join our growing team as a Business Developer and take charge of identifying new market opportunities and fostering key client relationships.
Summary:
Sperton Pakistan is seeking a remote business developer for its growing business operations in Pakistan. The incumbent will be responsible for using different channels to identify and nurture leads for our different lines of business including recruitment, outsourcing, consultancy, etc. to drive company growth and revenue. The initial focus will be to develop our business in Pakistan. However, we envision growing the business to the Middle East region as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential companies and markets for business expansion.
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the market to identify areas of growth and develop plans to acquire business from them.
Study the global existing clients and find contacts within the company to see if the business relationship can be extended to Pakistan.
Secure new clients for Sperton Pakistan, through networking, attending relevant industry events and following up on them.
Create business and contact matrix of Norwegian companies operating in Pakistan and develop a plan on how to convert these companies into clients.
The right candidate has
Achieved good results from recommending good and qualified leads for the business.
Proven track record of achieving business development targets and business objectives.
Strong understanding of the Pakistan business landscape, HR industry and foreign companies in Pakistan
Is independent and takes initiatives.
Is an excellent communicator and negotiator.
Has the ability to build partnerships and network i.e. a strategic networker.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience with business development for a multinational company
Good knowledge of industry trends and dynamics
Working knowledge of LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
Experience working with clients in the ME region is a plus.
