Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our Projects Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the lighting industry, with an excellent understanding of project-based sales and a well-established network with architects, builders, and project consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue business.
- Opportunities for lighting solutions in the projects sector (commercial, residential, hospitality, etc.).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, interior designers, builders, and other key decision-makers to promote products and secure new projects.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of lighting products, specifications, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the lighting industry to inform sales strategies.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across cities to meet clients, attend meetings, and visit project sites.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets and goals set by the management, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates for regular reporting to the management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the lighting industry, specifically in project sales.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Industry Connections: Strong network with architects, builders, and project consultants.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be a proactive, self-driven individual with a passion for sales.
