About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager with a strong focus on Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition (TA) to lead HR initiatives at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies that enhance employee development, optimize organizational structure, and attract top talent to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Development (OD)
- Design and implement change management strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead leadership development programs, succession planning, and team-building initiatives.
- Align HR frameworks with business goals to drive a high-performance culture.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Develop and execute training programs to upskill employees and enhance career progression.
- Implement learning strategies that foster a culture of continuous development.
- Assess training needs and design leadership programs to build future leaders.
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract, onboard, and retain top-tier talent.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to support business expansion.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Design and enhance performance management frameworks that drive employee success.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture through targeted engagement programs.
HR Compliance & Policy Development
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Develop and refine HR policies to align with company growth and employee needs.
- Utilize HR technology and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
- Expertise in: OD, L&D, TA, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
