Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee logistics operations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to enhance supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless coordination.
- Lead, train, and develop the operations team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to optimize logistics performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with logistics software, inventory management, and process automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
