Product Marketer

Travel: Occasional (events & fairs a few times per year).

Experience: Required: 2+ years relevant experience.
Education: No university degree required.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Product Marketer to drive the success of our product launches and marketing activities. In this role, you will act as the bridge between product development and market communication, turning complex technical features into compelling stories, ensuring successful go-to-market strategies, and supporting our sales teams with the right tools and messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects for product launches.
- Translate technical product features into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Own and proactively drive marketing initiatives.
- Think strategically beyond day-to-day execution.
- Create and manage presentations, sales enablement materials, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with vendors (agencies, advertorial partners).
- Support and organize events and fairs.
- Execute campaigns across email, account-based marketing, content marketing, and launch planning.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Fluent German (C2) and strong English (C1).
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Excellent project management skills and a structured, proactive mindset.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to translate tech into marketing language.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Marketing & project management tools (Slides, Email, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva).
- Slide creation and sales enablement.
- Vendor and event management.
- Email, account-based, and content marketing.
- Campaign management tools.
- CRM & Marketing Automation (e.g. HubSpot).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Sense for design and user experience.
- Experience in funnel building & website optimization (WordPress, landing page builders).
- Co-marketing: case studies, testimonials.
- Analytics & reporting know-how.
- SOP and process documentation.
- Experience with knowledge databases.
