Location: Grant Road (West), Mumbai – 5 mins walk from the station
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
About Us
The Window Project is an authorized dealer of Fenesta Windows, India’s leading brand in
uPVC and aluminium window and door systems. We work closely with architects, interior
designers, and homeowners to deliver premium-quality window solutions across Mumbai.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken On-Field Sales Executive to join our team.
The role involves meeting architects, interior designers, and builders to generate leads and
develop relationships that convert into sales.
You’ll spend 3–4 days a week on-field and the remaining days working from our Grant
Road showroom.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit architects, interior designers, and potential clients to promote Fenesta products.
● Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
● Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
● Coordinate with the showroom and back-office teams for quotations, site visits, and
client follow-ups.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and report weekly progress.
Requirements
● Graduate in any field.
● 1 year of experience in B2B or field sales preferred (freshers welcome).
● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Interest in the interior or construction industry is a plus.
● Should be comfortable traveling within Mumbai.
● Own two-wheeler is a bonus (travel allowance provided).
Compensation
● Incentives: Attractive commission/performance-based perks.
● Travel Allowance: Provided for field visits.
