Role Summary
On behalf of our clients, we are seeking an experienced HR Performance & Rewards Specialist to lead the organization’s performance management and rewards programs. This role encompasses the full KPI/KPO cycle, bonus and incentive administration, and provides data-driven insights to senior management. You will collaborate with VPs and the CEO, gaining exposure and opportunities to grow into a subject matter expert in Performance & Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the annual performance management cycle – KPI/KPO setting, monitoring, and reviews.
- Support bonus, incentive, and reward allocations.
- Build and maintain Excel trackers and performance dashboards for reporting purposes.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to HR and leadership.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent and transparent practices.
- Assist in the design and implementation of a digital performance management system.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of performance and reward programs.
Key Info
- 5–8 years of HR experience in Performance Management and Rewards.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experienced in dashboards and reporting.
- Solid understanding of KPI/KPO frameworks and reward cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, self-driven, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential HR data.

- Monthly Salary: 750–900 KWD ($2,500 - $3,000)
