Key Responsibilities
- Adjudicate warranty claims by assessing automotive issues against contract terms and conditions.
- Handle inbound claims-related calls, providing status updates and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Manage vehicle inspections for claims exceeding a specific threshold or where fraud is suspected.
- Master client and agent relationships, as well as the details of service contracts.
- Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims to management.

- Location: Greenville, SC (Hybrid: In-Office Tues, Wed, Thurs / Remote Mon & Fri)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 10 am - 7 pm or 11 am - 8 pm shift. First month is fully in-office for training.
What We’re Looking For in You:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Automotive Service Industry (e.g., Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Automotive Technician/Mechanic).
- Required: Strong automotive technical and mechanical knowledge, including vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Ideal Candidate: A detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment.
