Are you an experienced Process Engineer to join a leading organization in the protein processing industry. In this mid-level role, you will play a critical part in optimizing plant operations, leading lean manufacturing initiatives, and supporting cross-functional efficiency improvements. This is a high-impact position ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced production environments and are passionate about driving measurable change.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage process improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement strategies to optimize output.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to streamline workflows.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Troubleshoot recurring plant issues and implement sustainable engineering solutions.
- Utilize AutoCAD to develop and revise facility layouts and process diagrams.
- Work in both office and plant environments, including areas such as feed mills, hatcheries, and wastewater treatment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a poultry or protein processing plant within an Industrial or Process Engineering role (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in process or industrial engineering, with a strong focus on operational efficiency.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design or modeling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and re-engineer complex production systems.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
