Showroom Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Designer & Showroom Manager who can manage end-to-end design, client
engagement, and showroom operations for modular kitchens and furniture. The ideal candidate will combine
strong technical design skills with excellent customer-handling and sales capabilities, ensuring an exceptional client
experience from concept to execution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead client meetings at the showroom, understand requirements, and propose suitable design solutions.
• Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture layouts using AutoCAD.
• Create detailed drawings, BOQs, and documentation using MS Excel.
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Present design concepts, materials, and finishes to clients and support them in finalizing selections.
• Coordinate with production, installation, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor customer follow-ups, timelines, and post-sales support.
• Maintain showroom display standards and update design samples as required.
• Track enquiries, maintain databases, and support in increasing showroom walk-ins and conversions.
• Train and guide junior staff (if any) and uphold service excellence.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 8 years of experience in modular kitchen and furniture design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of modular systems, materials, hardware and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to convert leads effectively.
• Ability to manage showroom operations independently and professionally.
