Role Overview
We are hiring 10 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for one of our client, leading provider of pediatric therapy services. In this role, you will deliver home-and-clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and language delays. You will design individualized treatment plans, supervise therapists, collaborate with families and teams, and make a meaningful impact on children’s lives. This position suits you if you are a certified BCBA passionate about evidence-based therapy, enjoy combining direct clinical work with supervision and leadership, and value a flexible schedule with strong work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies
Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Collaborate with the treatment team (director, parents, and support network) to review case progress
Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists on all policies and procedures
Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.
Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
Who You Are
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree with ABA coursework
Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to communicate routinely with team members about schedules and client needs
