About the Company:
We are hiring for one of our clients, a leading name in the gravure & flexible printing industry, specializing in high-quality wrappers for confectionery and other products. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the printing & packaging sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on competitor pricing, customer needs, and industry trends.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Present product offerings, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Customer Visits & Follow-ups: Conduct regular client meetings, factory visits, and follow-ups.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely updates to management.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely payments from clients, resolving any disputes professionally.
Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years in sales within printing, packaging, or related B2B industries (preferably flexible packaging, gravure printing).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-driven.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Language: Proficiency in English, Urdu, and relevant local language.
