About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about paid advertising and data-driven growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, optimizing performance, and working closely with creative teams to drive measurable business results.
You’ll work across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce marketplaces, focusing on customer acquisition, campaign optimization, and ROI improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Manage and optimize advertising on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.
Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Analyze campaign data and provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Continuously test, learn, and scale campaigns based on performance trends.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Exposure to marketplace advertising (Amazon / Myntra / Flipkart) is highly preferred.
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience working with e-commerce or retail brands.
Hands-on experience with creative testing and performance scaling.
