UX Designer – E-commerce (12-Month Contract)
Location: Oslo, Norway (On-site)
Period :1 April 2026 -1 April 2027
Workload: 80–100%

About the role
We’re looking for a UX Designer to optimize and enhance webshop experiences across multiple international markets. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to drive conversion and improve user journeys through data-driven design and A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize webshop UX and conversion rates
Plan and execute A/B tests
Support strategic initiatives (e.g., membership/loyalty programs)
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Implement and iterate UX improvements with developers
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce / D2C UX
Strong knowledge of CRO and A/B testing
Experience in multi-market environments
CMS experience (Optimizely preferred)
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Subscription-based business experience
Scandinavian language skills
