LCI Coordinator (Bergen)
Lead LCI coordination for a major Bergen Oil & Gas project. Ensure data quality and seamless handovers through 2027.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced LCI Coordinator to join a major project within the oil & gas sector. This role focuses on coordinating and ensuring the quality of Life Cycle Information (LCI) deliverables across the project lifecycle.
You will play a key role in ensuring that project information is structured, compliant, and ready for seamless handover to the client.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure timely execution of LCI activities across the project
Monitor progress and quality of LCI deliverables within the project organization
Develop and maintain the project’s LCI plan
Report LCI status to stakeholders
Ensure accurate transfer of information to client systems and databases
Promote awareness and compliance with LCI requirements across disciplines
Support teams with LCI-related change requests
Verify and quality-check LCI deliverables prior to client handover
Required Qualifications
Relevant technical background (engineering or similar)
Proven experience working as an LCI Coordinator
Strong knowledge of LCI requirements (e.g., TR 2381)
Experience with project execution frameworks such as PEM
Hands-on experience with project systems and tools
