Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions. The role requires strong coordination skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (20%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications with stakeholders
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely closures
Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement
Facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience
2. HR Operations (50%)
Manage the complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit)
Implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
Drive employee engagement, cultural activities, and office events
Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns
Develop employee recognition and reward programs
Maintain HR documentation, records, and MIS reports
Support performance management (KRAs, KPIs, reviews, feedback)
Ensure effective internal communication and team alignment
Maintain compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
Process monthly payroll
Coordinate training and development programs
Maintain employee database (physical & digital)
Handle onboarding formalities (employee code, HRMS, email ID, etc.)
Support employee engagement initiatives (welcome creatives, celebrations)
Assist in organizational development initiatives
3. Administration (30%)
Manage vendors, invoices, and petty cash
Maintain office assets and software records (e.g., Tally, antivirus, etc.)
Track laptops and assets assigned to employees
Handle office supplies and stationery management
Support costing of client assignments
Track work plans of team leaders
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings
Handle emails, correspondence, and documentation
Prepare and circulate compliance flyers to clients
Review staff timesheets monthly
Assist in client communication, proposals, and coordination
Support business networking coordination (calls/emails)
