Role: Business Development Executive
Reporting to: Business Development Manager
SBU: Tools & Hardware
Location: Surat, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Pune, Guwahati, Punjab, Ernakulam, Delhi, Hyderabad, Rajasthan, and Jamshedpur
Experience: 1-3 Years
Education Qualification: Any Engineering Graduate, MBA preferred
Technical & Professional Knowledge required:
1. Should have the basic technical engineering knowledge.
2. Should have the attitude to handle routine technical complaints.
3. No issues in handling operator level peoples
4. Excellent analytical skills to decifer logical conclusions from the available data like Sales Trends, Competition, Pricing etc
Purpose of the role:
To Grow business in the assigned territory & increase the market share of company across all categories
Key Responsibilities
Recovery dealers and new dealers
Direct accountability of dealer credit management
Support to RSM & BDM's
Communication to dealers on policy, marketing initiatives
Direct accountability of secondary sales
Trade marketing activity – conduct activities 5 per month
