Role Overview
We are looking for an IT professional with hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Domain & Messaging, Application Support (SAP & Non-SAP), InfoSecurity, and Plant IT operations. This role will be part of a greenfield manufacturing project and will support both implementation activities and day-to-day IT operations.
Initially need to work from Bangalore during the project setup phase and later transition to the plant location in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of IT and digital systems for the new manufacturing plant
Manage IT infrastructure including end-user computing, networking, servers, and system support
Support ERP/MES/QMS/EAM related systems and application support activities
Assist in cybersecurity implementation, access management, and compliance activities
Coordinate with operations, automation, and construction teams for IT system readiness
Support system configuration, testing, deployment, and validation activities
Maintain IT governance documents, SOPs, and operational reports
Assist with data migration, user management, and master data activities
Track project milestones, IT risks, and implementation activities
Provide day-to-day support for IT operations and plant users
Required Skills
IT Infrastructure & End User Computing
Networking (LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers, VPN, Firewall)
Active Directory / Domain & Messaging
SAP / ERP or Application Support
Windows Server / Office 365 Administration
InfoSecurity & Access Management
IT Asset Management & IT Operations
Basic understanding of MES / IIoT / Plant IT systems will be an added advantage
