Role: Team Member - IT
Years of experience : 3 to 5 Years
Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure (End User Computing, Networking, Domain & Messaging), Application support (SAP and non-SAP), InfoSecurity, and IIoT support. The candidate will be involved in both implementation and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of digital, IT, and systems strategy for the new plant.
- Assist in defining ERP, MES, QMS, and EAM system requirements and architecture.
- Conduct IT hardware assessments for devices, servers, networking, and infrastructure.
- Identify and prioritize digital use cases and automation opportunities.
- Assist in the development of data models, analytics, and operational dashboards.
- Support cybersecurity assessments, controls implementation, and compliance.
- Assist with system integration design and interface requirements.
- Support the configuration, testing, and validation of IT systems.
- Coordinate with operations, construction, and automation teams for system readiness.
- Maintain IT governance documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Track implementation progress and readiness milestones.
- Manage user access, system security, and role configurations.
- Assist in data migration and master data setup.
- Prepare IT documentation, reports, and leadership presentations.
- Support training and change management for IT systems.
- Track and report IT risks, issues, and dependencies.
